FOLKSY

Good evening, it's been a mix of a day today. I've tried to take some better photographs for my floral animal head prints and postcards on Folksy, I will be updating my shop too.

MR SIKA

I’ve added an additional floral textile stag animal head to the collection Mr Sika is based on a Sika deer having parts taken from Mr Roe and Mr Stag it’s in between on price too. I hope you like him! You can find these lovely floral antlers here.

Mr Jackalope

New print in the shop!

Mr Jackalope is a digital print of a watercolour on A4 recycled card, for £10 you can go and get him here.

I actually thought these were real for a while, my first mythical creature. Mr Jackalope is wearing a fringy crown of rosemary ant thyme.

I'm offering free worldwide shipping on this print infill the end of the week!

Golden Brown

I have been on Society6 for a year now and hardly used it, so I am making a bit more of an effort as I am doing a bit more illustration and will be adding more as the weeks go by. It's really good to be able to see your work in different formats.

Down the generations.

This was a mothers day gift I made a couple of years ago, my Mum designed and printed this silk when she was in art school, it was made into a dress but got a a bit disheveled over the years so I made it into a Mr Stag and gave it back to her. I love the pattern. She is so talented I wish I had her drawing skills.

Down the rabbit hole.

I was asked to make a design based on Alice in Wonderland for The Red Door Gallery's exhibit in the National Museums "lates", along with other talented artists, Robbie Porter made fantastic huge colouring in mosaic boards an there was a fantastic animation by Cameron Duguid.

Rooting around.

Swallow Installation 2005

Having to delete files to make space always makes you find hidden pictures, this is the first of my fabric swallow pieces for an installation in a gallery/coffee shop called Kilau I used to work in in Aberdeen. It inspired my swallow sticker packs which you can buy from my stockists list. I need another big wall so I can get crazy with the swallow sticking.

£4 for pack of 3.
